I think the people giving this great reviews are likely paid

The app is clearly designed for profit making by Lego and not for usefulness in visiting park. The app locks often, the location is usually off and doesnt update without restarting the app and the wait times are always consistently much lower than reality by about 50%. Weve found this consistent on multiple visits

The frustration is that you cant get most of the content without providing things like birth date, address, email. All of which should be irrelevant to navigating the park if youve paid to be in it. Similarly its designed to work with their wi fi network but again requires a bunch of personal info to function fully. If the desire was a navigation and visiting tool this charades as that in an attempt to gain personal info on you. The size of the park is such that you can simply walk to rides and gauge the wait va using the app since its not accurate anyways
