Great App, been waiting for this one forever - Thanx LEGOLAND

Keeps crashing  please fix asap!!!!!

I doubt the creators of this app have ever used it at LLC Get a paper map to supplement

A lot of the map is outdated making it mostly useless

It does not matter how you develop an app but when the service of Legoland ( San Diego ) is horrible, the app on the phone would become a bad memory of a bad day in your customers hand. My family and I lost something in one of the rides and the employees were not helpful at all in finding it. Instead they gave me a piece of paper and asked me to leave and follow up later on the phone but they never pick up the cell number I was given and dont respond back the emails or messages. The "lost and found" team there is absolutely useless. Just do not waste the time on the app. Get the San Diego Zoo or Disneyland app instead and if you are in love with Lego just get them from Amazon. The park is an ordinary amusement park with old and outdated Lego pieces with expensive food and a very bad service.

Ive downloaded this app 3 separate times for use at Legoland. It still disappoints me every time. The mapping and location services is worthless. There is no resolution to the map, so you cant zoom in. All in all the app is sluggish. Maybe take a look a Disneylands app for tips and tricks? That be said, the employees at the park are great! Accommodating, generous with tips and directions. You havell better luck asking one of them for help.

i love this app but you need to update the map i wanted to ride this one ride. I really wanted to ride it but it was shutdown a long time ago.....

Even though they say "get this app" at Legoland its really bad, everyone (meaning 3 people) got this app my mom has a Samsung phone and me and my dad have iPhones and they both dont work well. The Internet is horrible... But the app its self is great its just that it doesnt work at Legoland. This would be perfect if we had better internet connection.

This app is beautiful, you can zoom in on the map and the attractions, it gives you in park way finding, wait times, show times and much more, it helped us to remember where we parked the car, and in choosing where to eat, I even got a coupon that the kids eat for free (after 5)

Inside the park the app shows all rides temporarily closed all day, so wait times functionality does not work. Could not see a way to search for a ride or attraction. All rides and attractions are categorized by coasters, family, and kids only so you have to know the category of what youre looking for, and once there they are not listed in alphabetical order. Hard to use. I think the only redeeming quality of this app is the map and the directions.

Showed all rides closed or said go To the ride for wait times. So useless there. Map cant zoom so useless there. Offers you a bunch of coupons for vastly overpriced items. I give 1 star reviews to things that wont run or crash all the time. That was the only thing saving this from similar.

Doesnt work without Internet, and there is no wifi in park. Totally useless.

Waste of time.

The app is good in theory. Gives you your location, gives directions to desired amusement locations, etc. The actuality is that almost none of it works. The park hours calendar was operational but I could not get any of the other features to work. Extremely disappointing.

I think the people giving this great reviews are likely paid The app is clearly designed for profit making by Lego and not for usefulness in visiting park. The app locks often, the location is usually off and doesnt update without restarting the app and the wait times are always consistently much lower than reality by about 50%. Weve found this consistent on multiple visits The frustration is that you cant get most of the content without providing things like birth date, address, email. All of which should be irrelevant to navigating the park if youve paid to be in it. Similarly its designed to work with their wi fi network but again requires a bunch of personal info to function fully. If the desire was a navigation and visiting tool this charades as that in an attempt to gain personal info on you. The size of the park is such that you can simply walk to rides and gauge the wait va using the app since its not accurate anyways

App is downloaded but does not open. Maybe version is outdated for new OS?

Does what it says. Gives offers all day you are in the park. Check the app before you buy anything! Lots of coupons.

The app being promoted on the website made it seem like it was the coolest thing... ummmm no. I had to have a map and show guide alllllll the time. Ugh! Overall, we left legoland @ 6 and not 8pm.

This is a really cool app, it has augmented reality which means it turns on a camera and if you point the camera at any direction it shows you which rides are that way and lists the rides names on the camera too! Great for directions but the interface should be updated :) The map is also a little hard to use. Thanks

Overall, the app feels like several apps slapped together and put into the iPhone. Some parts dont work. Others display badly on the iPhone (like tickets - the most important part). Avoid the app.
